Kryštof Kemp a nejrychleji vyprodaná česká akce v historii
Kryštof Kempy jsou celkem 8 akcí pro více než 50 tisíc návštěvníků. V roce 2019 přidali do digitální infrastruktury náš ticketing a fanouškovský systém. Druhá akce Kryštof Kempů (Hukvaldy) se stala historicky vůbec nejprodávanější českou akcí, když jejích 6.000 vstupenek zmizelo za 7 vteřin. Nejpokročilejší ticketingový systém to nejen ustál, ale nabídl práci s fanoušky v novém levelu. Za měsíc se podařilo konsolidovat 30 tisíc fans.
Utubering a jeho fenomenální vstup na trh
Za použití vhodného nalákání na blížící se „něco nového“ a za využití top influencerů se podařilo v rekordně krátkém čase získat pozornost pro do té doby nepředstavitelný „velký festival youtuberů“. Přes 40 tisíc zájemců o dané téma poté v rekordně krátkém čase vyprodalo 20.000 vstupenek a brand získal 60 tisíc fanoušků na Facebooku a 30 tisíc fanoušků na (tehdy ještě paběrkujícím Instagramu). Svůj jedinečný status si akce drží i pět let poté.
Majáles a jeho věrnostní programy
Majáles v roce 2009 vsadil na vlastní budoucnost, když se přestal dívat z roku na rok, ale představil si své aktivity na úsečce 5 let. Najednou investice, které byly z jednoročního pohledu nereálné a nenávratné, začaly dávat logiku. Vznikl tak ambasadorský program a věrnostní klub pro návštěvníky. Po 5 letech měl 400 ambasadorů a 75.000 členů věrnostního klubu, jejichž prostřednictvím prodala akce 2/3 vstupenek pouhým rozesláním 2 mailingů.
Legendy a symbióza ticketingu s digitální kampaní
Největší automobilová slavnost Legendy, pořádaná od roku 2013, měla od nás web od samého počátku. Pozoruhodné ale bylo sledovat prodejní výsledky akce poté, co nejprve nasadila náš ticketing a po dalším roce vsadila i na naši generální dodávku digitálních kampaní. V klíčovém roce, kdy jsme měli v režii celý digitál, se návštěvnost zdvounásobila, nehledě na to vznikly perfektní klientské báze pro budoucí mnohem efektivnější práci s již existujícími fanoušky.
Na co trpí české festivaly?
Na ticketing, kde odevzdávají třetí straně zbytečně velké procenta z tržeb. Na merchandise, který jednoduše nevypadá dost dobře a prodává se na neatraktivním stánku neatraktivním prodejcem. Na chaotičnost při práci s partnerem. Na nedostatečné reportingy.
Z toho všeho pořadatele bolí hlava. Oni přece chtějí to mít všechno v pořádku, ale neexistuje na to podpora, kteoru by mohli využít, nebo je příliš nákladná. Až doposud. Nyní už to jde - Sherwood postavil služby, které toto konečně umožňují.
